  1. CKPC office (G041) hour is 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:45 on Monday to Thursday; 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30 on Friday.
  2. Contact Information

  3. Visiting Procedure
    • Each CKPC member can bring up to two visitors each time.
    • Student visitors shall deposit their UM student IDs at the security counter. If a visitor is not a UM staff or UM student, the host student shall deposit his/her own student ID.
    • Security guards should not retain or take pictures of visitor’s ID cards.
    • When leaving CKPC, student visitors should be escorted by the host student. If the host student is not available, he/she must assign another CKPC student as a representative. However, the original host student is still responsible for the visit.
  4. CKPC Office may grant access to CKPC alumni with special needs (e.g. serving as helpers for college activities) . When entering, the alumnus may scan his/her old student card. Or the alumnus may provide his/her old student number along with another form of identity card, so that the security guard can verify his/her identity and add an entry record. When exiting, the alumnus needs to scan the old student card or register the exit time with the security guard.
  5. Each contractor must present a valid ID (such as work permit or identity card) and register at the security counter the first time they enter CKPC each day.  Other visitors need to register every time they enter and leave CKPC.
  6. Visiting hour is from 09:00 to 22:00. After 22:00, the security team will assist to knock at student’s door and ask any overstaying visitors to leave. Any non-compliance will be reported. CKPC office will take care of the matter during office hour.
  7. Students not using their own student IDs to enter CKPC are in violation of College rules. During office hour, please report the incident to CKPC office as soon as possible. During non-office hour, security guards have the right to retain the student’s ID for further action by CKPC office.
    For this or any other security incidents, security guards shall submit an incident report to CKPC office. All persons involved should be recorded and positively identified. If any individual refuses to produce official identification cards, assess the seriousness of the situation. Consult with CKPC management team and report to Macau police as appropriate.
  8. Special occasions – For special requests, CKPC office may grant visit permission on a case-by-case basis. CKPC office shall use discretion and consult with CKPC Master or RFs as appropriate. CKPC office will issue a memo to the security counter specifying the visiting period and the names of visitors.
  9. Door opening procedure
    • To have his/her door open by the security guard, CKPC members must fill in the door opening form and pay a fee (MOP $10) each time.
    • Replacement room cards are only available at CKPC office during office hour.
    • During office hour, security guard may seek assistance from CKPC office to use master key to open student’s doors in the presence of the student.
    • During non-office hour, security guard may seek assistance from security control center to open student’s doors in the presence of the student.
    • To open a door with malfunction lock, students still need to fill in the door opening form with proper remarks. If it is necessary to open the malfunction lock through the neighboring unit, security representative and in-house security guard should accompany the student and open the door together. For malfunction door lock, there is no door opening fee.
  10. Public room operation hours and policy
    • Study rooms (1019, 2023, 2024): open 24 hours
    • Leisure room (G029): open 24 hours.
    • Team space (G028): open 24 hours. For team activities, students must fill in the online reservation form.
    • Fitness room (G011): 06:00 – 01:00
    • Ping pong table (in dining hall): 07:00 – 21:00. Students must register at the security counter.
    • Pool table (in Planet Lobby): 07:00 – 01:00. Students must register at the security counter.
    • Multi-function room (G015): 07:00 – 01:00. For team activities, students must fill in the online reservation form.
    • Cinema i (1018): Monday to Thursday, 19:00-22:00; Saturday & Sunday, 9:00-23:00. Students must fill in the online reservation form.
    • Music rooms (G013 and G025): 07:00 – 01:00. Students must register at the security counter. Maximum reservation duration:
      • One hour between 18:00 to 23:00
      • Two hours between 07:00 to 18:00 and 23:00 to 01:00
      • Extension will depend on the availability of the rooms.
    • Master Kitchen (G014): 08:00 – 24:00. Students must fill in the online reservation form and sign-in form. See the Master Kitchen management SOP.
    • CKPC night guard will patrol the public rooms during the night to ensure compliance with the above policy. In order to prevent equipment damage by moisture, the night guard will check that the A/C is constantly running at 26℃ in the following rooms:
      • Music rooms (G013 and G025)
      • Cinema i (1018)
  11. Main door opening hour is from 07:00 to 21:00 everyday.
  12. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00.  CKPC night guard will help enforce this rule, records any violator’s names or room numbers, and report to CKPC office.
  13. The security team must inform CKPC office of any police visit.
  14. Trolley may be borrowed by CKPC students from the office or security counter. Student card shall be deposited for each borrowing (one card per trolley).
  15. CKPC security guards are eligible to purchase meal from CKPC dining hall with their Macau Pass. The security guard should bring their own container for food and should not consume meal inside the dining hall.
