隨著電動代步工具（有電池和馬達驅動的踏板車、滑板、獨輪車、懸浮滑板、雙輪車等）的使用人數不斷增加，而鋰電池有潛在的熱失控爆炸風險（短片），為保障全體書院住宿人員的生命和財產安全，必須加強管理這些工具。

重點：

  • 除了非動力滑板外，其他代步工具和自行車禁止進入書院
  • 符合標準的電動代步工具，方可放在單車棚（半露天）
  • 電動自行車因電池容量大，火警風險高，禁止放在單車棚
  • 禁止在書院保安邊界內對電動代步工具或電動自行車的電池充電
  • 保安負責監督，不符合規格者即時處理

電動代步工具規格要求

  • 必須有電池管理系統(BMS)，提供過熱/短路/過流/過充/過放保護
  • 電池組額定功率不高於360Wh
  • 充電器功率不高於100W

常見問答

Q：鋰電池著火時，用走廊的滅火筒撲滅行嗎？

A：不行。鋰電池一旦冒煙，等同於火藥線點火，幾秒鐘就進入熱失控狀態，像炸彈般爆炸，滅火筒對它完全沒用（短片）。

Q：我見廁友偷偷把電動滑板拿進房間充電，擔心爆炸，應該怎樣做？

A：請盡快通知你的導師或RA，他們會跟當事同學聯絡，盡快移除風險。

Q：如果讓學生登記電動滑板車，並簽署保證書，不過度充電等，是否就可以允許電動滑板車進入書院？

A：不建議這樣做。因為保證書並沒有減低鋰電池充電引起爆炸的風險，風險仍無法管理。

Q：書院是否考慮安裝充電樁？

A：澳大不允許在公共地方對電動滑板車充電，如果學生有廣泛需求，必須由校園管理部門作整體安排，個別書院沒有能力解決此類廣泛需求。同學可以通過澳大的“好建議獎勵”網站給意見
（https://suggestion.qems.um.edu.mo/）。

Q：我的專業訓練單車很昂貴，放在外邊不安全，是否可以晚上放上房間？

A：為了大家都安全，避免單車堵塞走火通道，書院禁止單車進入。我們理解昂貴的物品需要更多保護，建議你安裝相應高質量的單車鎖和保護外套，再放入單車棚（單車棚已經有攝像頭）。此外，書院無法對“昂貴”作出公平定義。對於一些低收入家庭的學生，一輛普通的單車可能已經是昂貴。書院不能任意設定一個金額，以此來差別對待不同收入家庭的學生。

Q：為何電動自行車不能存放在單車棚？

A：電動自行車電池容量大，火警風險高，故不容許放在單車棚。

As the number of users of electric mobility tools continues to increase, and lithium batteries have potential risks of thermal runaway explosion (video), in order to ensure the safety of all college residents, it is imperative that we strengthen the management of such tools.

Key points:

  • Except for non-powered skateboards, other types of mobility tools and bicycles are not allowed to enter the college
  • Only electric mobility tools that meet the standards can be placed in the bicycle park (semi-open)
  • Electric bicycles are not allowed in the bicycle park due to their large battery capacity and high fire risks.
  • Charging batteries of electric mobility tools or electric bicycles within the security perimeter of the College is strictly prohibited
  • Security Guards will patrol the College and handle any violation immediately

Specification requirements for electric mobility tools

  • Must have battery management system to prevent overheating, short circuit, over current, over charge, and over discharge
  • The rated power of the battery pack is not higher than 360Wh
  • The charger power is not higher than 100W
