澳門大學曹光彪書院於2月13日晚上舉辦“健康烹飪班 Healthy Cooking Class”。這個活動旨在教導參加者什麽是生酮飲食,並且如何製作有益於健康的生酮食物。

在此次活動中,余若鑾導師帶領同學學習如何製作出“Quiche”和沙律等各式各樣有益於身體的食物,包括水果,蔬菜,芝士,培根以及其他多種不同材料。此外,導師也教導大家應該注重食物的品質和飲食的衛生。此外,同學們也參與健康食物的製作,分享自己對生酮食物的瞭解。活動後學生能品嘗自己參與製作的美食。本次活動通過推行健康飲食來體現書院教育價值觀中的健康生活。

此活動將會在學期內每周一晚上在曹光彪書院舉辦。

The Healthy Cooking Class was held on the evening of February 13. The purpose of this activity was to teach participants what a ketogenic diet is and how to prepare healthy ketogenic foods.

During this activity, instructor Monica Yu led the class to learn how to make a variety of healthful foods such as “Quiche” and salads, including fruits, vegetables, cheese, bacon and many other ingredients. In addition, the instructor also taught the students that they should pay attention to the quality of food and the hygiene of their diet. Students also participated in the preparation of healthy food and shared their knowledge about ketogenic food. Students were able to taste the food they participated in making. This activity promoted healthy eating to reflect healthy living in the educational values of the college.

This activity is held on every Monday during the semester.
