書院防疫措施 2020-10-14

入境出境

  • 按照澳門大學防疫指引,對從澳門以外地區進入的學生進行14天《自我健康管理》。已經在澳門14天的,則不在此列。
  • 請留意:任何學生(包括澳門本地生)若離開澳門,回到書院即要進行《自我健康管理》,由最近一次入境澳門起算14天
  • 由於書院是群居宿舍,為降低風險,如非必要,不建議已入宿學生離開澳門(例如到珠海)

進出書院

  • 每次進入書院都須用消毒酒精清潔雙手,量度體温及戴上口罩
  • 學校每天統計住宿人員和健康碼。進出書院時,必須在指定電腦掃學生卡
  • 進入書院時須向保安出示《澳門健康碼》。如非綠碼,須填寫出行紀錄
  • 重要!如果你整天沒有離開書院,請記得當天晚上九時以前,到保安前台掃學生卡和出示《澳門健康碼》。如非綠碼,須填寫出行紀錄

飯堂安排

  • 人數限制:為免聚集,堂食人數將控制在飯堂人數之一半,即一百人以內。部份桌椅將貼上“X”作為標示,代表不能使用,以茲識別
  • 排隊方式:排隊時人與人之間保持一米距離(同行者除外),如等候廳人數在15人或以上,則其他同學在等候廳外排隊
  • 就餐方式:鼓勵同學自備餐盒外帶食物,到房間或其他公共空間進食。如堂食,請同學就餐後迅速離開,避免作長時間逗留

書院公共設施

  • 健身房(G010):使用前到保安處登記,留下學生證,每次使用時間為1-2小時,同一時段以5人為限。使用前需用放置在近門口處之酒精搓手液清潔雙手,使用完畢以消毒噴霧及毛巾擦拭健身器材及用具。使用完畢後告知保安,並取回學生證。
  • 音樂練習室1(俗稱Band房,G013):使用前到保安處登記,留下學生證,每次使用時間為1-2小時,同一時段以5人為限。使用前需用放置在近門口處之酒精搓手液清潔雙手,使用完畢後以消毒噴霧及毛巾擦拭琴鍵及其他器具。使用完畢後告知保安,並取回學生證。
  • 音樂練習室2(俗稱鋼琴室,G025):使用前到保安處登記,留下學生證,每次使用時間為1-2小時,同一時段以2人為限。使用前需用放置在近門口處之酒精搓手液清潔雙手,使用完畢後以消毒噴霧及毛巾擦拭琴鍵及其他器具。使用完畢後告知保安,並取回學生證。
  • 遊戲房(G024):使用前到保安處登記,留下學生證,每次使用時間為1-2小時,同一時段以5人為限。使用前需用放置在近門口處之酒精搓手液清潔雙手,使用完畢後以消毒噴霧及毛巾擦拭遊戲設備及其他用具。使用完畢後告知保安,並取回學生證。
  • Pi Studio(G027):同一時段人數以2人為限。
  • 公共空間:其他公共空間人數應控制在容量之一半,人與人之間保持一米距離(同行者除外),並在活動及討論全程配戴口罩。

廚神作坊使用

  • 除進食之外,在廚神作坊內需全程配戴口罩
  • 在使用作坊之前參加培訓或再培訓(使用學生中至少一名需為已接受培訓者)
  • 只限身體健康狀況良好之學生進入作坊。如有任何身體不適,請留在房間或家中休息,避免參加聚會
  • 自備個人餐具或紙質之一次性餐具
  • 為保證作坊之整潔及有序使用,請負責登記之學生全程在場。如被發現替其他沒有完成培訓之同學進行登記,則有關學生之使用權將受影響
  • 有興趣使用作坊的學生請參與8月份舉行的培訓(時間約為一小時,詳情請參閱郵件通知)
  • 作坊預計在9月初開放使用(開放時間將隨澳門防疫狀況調整或關閉)

CKPC Epidemic Prevention Measures

Entry and Exit: Macao

  • As required by UM’s epidemic prevention guidelines, students who return to the RCs from places outside Macao shall undergo self-health management for 14 days while those who have been staying in Macao for the past fortnight are exempted.
  • Any student, whether local or non-local, shall undergo self-health management for 14 days upon returning to the RC once they leave Macao
  • We ask that you refrain from leaving Macau unless there is a strong need

Entry and Exit: College

  • Upon entering the College, disinfect your hands with alcohol sanitizer. Have your body temperature measured and wear a face mask
  • UM is collecting statistics for all residents and their Macao Health Codes. Please tap your student card at the designated computer card readers when entering and exiting the College
  • Present your “Macao Health Code” to the security guard when entering the College. For non-green code, student has to fill in the daily check-in/out log form
  • Important! If you stayed inside the College on a particular day and did not go out, be sure to come to the security desk by 9pm to tap your student card and present your “Macao Health Code” to the security guard. For non-green code, student has to fill in the daily check-in/out log form

Arrangements for the dining hall

  • Number of students in the dining hall is limited to 100 or less, which is less than 50% of the venue capacity. Seats marked “X” are not for use. Registered graduate students should start coming in for meals in mid-September.
  • Keep a distance of at least 1 metre between oneself and others when queuing. Crowd management is performed when there are 15 people in the waiting hall, and students have to queue outside the dining hall.
  • Takeaways with one’s meal boxes are encouraged. Those dining-in should leave the dining hall soon after eating and should not stay behind for too long.

Arrangements for the public facilities in the college

  • Fitness Room (G011): Register and leave student card at the security counter. Students can use the equipment for 1-2 hours and the number of students is limited to 5 during each time slot. Before using the equipment, disinfect hands with alcohol sanitizer and after using, use a towel with 1:100 diluted bleach solution to clean the equipment. Inform the security guard and retrieve student card after using.
  • Music Practice Room 1 (Common name being Band Room G013): Register and leave student card at the security counter. Students can use the equipment for 1-2 hours and the number of students is limited to 5 during each time slot. Before using the instruments, disinfect hands with alcohol sanitizer and after using, use a towel with 1:100 diluted bleach solution to clean the instruments. Inform the security guard and retrieve student card after using.
  • Music Practice Room 2 (Common name being Piano Practice Room G025): Register and leave student card at the security counter. Students can use the equipment for 1-2 hours and the number of students is limited to 2 during each time slot. Before using the instruments, disinfect hands with alcohol sanitizer and after using, use a towel with 1:100 diluted bleach solution to clean the instruments. Inform the security guard and retrieve student card after using.
  • Game Room (G024): Register and leave student card at the security counter. Students can use the equipment for 1-2 hours and the number of students is limited to 5 during each time slot. Disinfect hands with alcohol sanitizer before playing, and use a towel with 1:100 diluted bleach solution to clean the game facilities afterwards. Inform the security guard and retrieve student card after using.
  • Pi Studio (G027): Number of students is limited to 2 only during each time slot.
  • Common Rooms: Number of students is limited to 50% of the venue capacity. Keep a distance of at least 1 metre (those in the same group are exempted) and wear a face mask throughout the activity or discussion.
  • Guidelines are provided for the operation of Foodie Corner (G012) and Infinite Coffee (G010).

Master Kitchen

  • Wear face mask all the time in the kitchen except during eating
  • Have training or re-training before using the kitchen (at least one trained person should be responsible for booking)
  • Only students with green health code are welcomed to join the activities in the kitchen; those with yellow code should avoid gathering and take a rest
  • Bring one’s dining set or use disposable set made of paper
  • In order to ensure the cleanliness and orderly use of the kitchen, students who are responsible for registration are requested to be present at all times. If you are found to have registered for other students who have not completed the training, the student’s right to use the kitchen will be affected.
  • Students who are interested in using the kitchen should attend the training session in August (approximately one hour, please refer to the email notification for details)
  • The kitchen is expected to be open for use in early September (the opening hours will be adjusted or closed according to the epidemic situation in Macau)
