- CKPC office (G041) hour is 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:45 on Monday to Thursday; 09:00 to 13:00 and 14:30 to 17:30 on Friday.
- Front gate door opening hour is from 07:00 to 21:00 everyday.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 8:00. CKPC night guard will help enforce this rule, records any violator’s names or room numbers, and report to CKPC office.

- Workers must fill in the Worker/Staff Registration Form at security desk the first time they enter CKPC each day
- Dining Visitors
- Students must scan their student cards at the security desk and fill in the Visitor Registration Form
- Student without student cards must present a green paper titled “Temporary Campus Proof” with name and student ID. If no such proof is available and the student is not a W21 resident, the student is NOT allowed to enter
- The dining periods are specified in the form. Dining visitors are limited to the ground floor and must leave by the end of the meal period
- When leaving, students must scan their student cards at the exit or at the security desk (tap card twice at the desk)
- Regular Visitors
- Student visitors must scan their student cards at the security desk
- All visitors must fill in the Visitor Registration Form
- Visitors must be accompanied by the host student to go above the ground floor and must leave by the end of the visiting hour
- Visiting hour is from 09:00 to 22:00. After 22:00, the security team will assist to knock at student’s door and ask any overstaying visitors to leave. Any non-compliance will be reported. CKPC office will handle the matter based on the report during office hour.
- When leaving, student visitors must scan their student cards at the exit or at the security desk (tap card twice at the desk). Other visitors must sign out at the security desk
- Students not using their own student IDs to enter or visitors not registering at the security desk are in violation of College rules. During office hour, security guards shall report the incident to CKPC office as soon as possible. During non-office hour, security guards take a picture of the student ID and submit an incident report to CKPC office. All persons involved should be recorded and positively identified. If any individual refuses to produce official identification cards, assess the seriousness of the situation. Consult with CKPC management team and report to UM Security Team and/or Macau police as appropriate.
- Special occasions – For special requests, CKPC office may grant visit permission on a case-by-case basis. CKPC office shall use discretion and consult with CKPC Master or RFs as appropriate. CKPC office will issue a memo to the security counter specifying the visiting period and the names of visitors.
- CKPC Office may grant access to CKPC alumni with special needs (e.g. serving as helpers for college activities) . When entering, the alumnus may scan his/her old student card. Or the alumnus may provide his/her old student number along with another form of identity card, so that the security guard can verify his/her identity and add an entry record. When exiting, the alumnus needs to scan the old student card or register the exit time with the security guard.
- Student room door opening procedure
- To have his/her own room door open by the security guard, student must fill in the door opening form and pay a fee (MOP $10) each time
- Replacement room cards are only available at CKPC office during office hour
- During office hour, security guard may seek assistance from CKPC office to use master key to open student room door in the presence of the student
- During non-office hour, security guard may seek assistance from security control center to open student room door in the presence of the student
- To open a door with malfunction lock, students still need to fill in the door opening form with proper remarks. If it is necessary to open the malfunction lock through the neighboring unit, security representative and in-house security guard should accompany the student and open the door together. For malfunction door lock, there is no door opening fee
- Public room operation hours and policy
- G011 Fitness room: 06:00 – 01:00
- G013 Music room: 07:00 – 01:00. Students must register at the security counter. Maximum usage duration:
- One hour between 18:00 to 23:00
- Two hours between 07:00 to 18:00 and 23:00 to 01:00
- Extension will depend on the availability of the rooms.
- G014 Master Kitchen: 08:00 – 24:00. Because of safety and liability concerns, this facility is open only to CKPC students who have completed a training. Fill in the online reservation form and sign-in form. See the Master Kitchen management SOP
- G015 Multi-function room: 07:00 – 01:00. Fill in the online reservation form
- G028 Team space: open 24 hours. Fill in the online reservation form
- G029 Leisure room: open 24 hours
- 1018 Cinema i: Monday to Thursday, 19:00-22:00; Saturday & Sunday, 9:00-23:00. Fill in the online reservation form
- 1019, 2023, 2024 Study rooms: open 24 hours
- 4023-1 Dance studio: 08:00 – 22:00. Fill in the online reservation form
- 4023-2 Ping pong room: 08:00 – 22:00. Either walk in or fill in the online reservation form
- CKPC night guard will patrol the public rooms during the night to ensure compliance with the above policy. In order to prevent equipment damage by moisture, the night guard will check that the A/C is constantly running at 26℃ in the following rooms:
- Music room (G013)
- Cinema i (1018)
- Visit policy during typhoon signal No. 8. When typhoon signal No. 8 is in effect, and
- the typhoon is approaching Macau, CKPC will decline all visitors. CKPC residents must not venture out of W21 unless absolutely necessary. Those who go out shall only do so at their own risks.
- the typhoon is leaving Macau and the government has announced a time for changing to signal No. 3, CKPC will allow dining visitors one or two hours before the return to signal No. 3. CKPC residents shall go out of W21 only when there is a strong need. Those who go out shall only do so at their own risks.
- The security team must inform CKPC office of any police visit.
- Lost and Found Items. The security guard should take a picture of the item and then move it to the temporary storage (Room G030). Fill in the Bug Tracker form using a mobile phone. Lock the door if items stored inside are valuable. Similar procedure applies for items left in study rooms or other common areas. In the Bug Tracker form, such items may be labeled with the “Violation” category if they occupy public space for over 48 hours.
- CKPC security guards are eligible to purchase meal from CKPC dining hall. The security guard should not consume meal inside the dining hall.
