高鐵電子票
- 安裝官方“中國鐵路12306 App”。蘋果手機在App Store下載，安卓手機從“應用寶”或其他內地App市場下載（注意不是在Google Play下載）
- 登記賬號要用買票的證件號碼，並完成三重核验，包括手機號核验、證件核验、和人臉核验。完成後可以到“我的”頁面，查看名字下面核验状态全部“已通過”
- 到“訂單” > “本人車票“ > 電子票二維碼。注意：班車結束後二維碼將不再顯示！
電子票據報銷
按類別收集好電子票據，算好每批金額，然後上載到
https://chaokuangpiucollege.mikecrm.com/pf8FSEp
（每批可提交最多8張同一類別的票據）
如在班車結束前沒有取得電子票截圖，請按下面方法取得電子發票。
高鐵電子發票
(a) 設定電子發票功能：12306 App > 我的 > 電子發票 > 發票抬頭管理 > 添加
- 抬頭類型：企業
- 购买方：澳门大学
- 纳税人识别号: 450100768027030
(b) 班車結束後：12306 App > 我的 > 電子發票 > 開具電子發票 > 截圖
Electronic Reimbursement
Collect the screenshots of your electronic tickets or receipts by categories. Calculate the amount by category. Then upload the images by category to: https://chaokuangpiucollege.mikecrm.com/pf8FSEp
Each time you may submit up to 8 images. If you did not obtain the screenshot of your electronic ticket before the train ends, you may obtain the electronic receipt as follows.
Electronic Receipts for High-speed Train Tickets
(a) Setting up electronic receipt function: Add the following receiver data
- Receiver type: Company
- Purchaser: University of Macau
- Tax payer identification: 450100768027030
(b) After taking the train, enter 12306 App > My > Electronic Receipt > Issuance of Electronic Receipts > Screenshot
