The RC Academic Tutorial Program offers tutoring on academic subjects or English for needed students. CKPC also organizes the Senior Co-learning Program to assist low GPA students or students with academic difficulty. We recruit senior students majoring in the target disciplines who have previously taken the relevant subjects and passed with satisfactory results to join the co-learning program. Through team study, both the students and the senior tutors have weekly learning schedule which can flexibly increase during the exam periods. This program not only helps improve the academic performance of the needed students, it exemplifies the core value of a college, which is collegial learning among students of different years. It also elevates the academic atmosphere of the college.
在學術輔導方面，有學術主科和學術英語導修班。曹光彪書院更加引入特色的學長共習計劃，從院生中招募不同學科、成績優異並有責任心的高年級學生，協助成績較低或學習有困難的同學。此計劃透過小組形式，每週一次共習，並於學期中、學期末增加學習時數，讓有需要的同學得到適切幫助。除了幫助低年級學生改善學術成績，亦彰顯書院跨年級、跨領域學習的策略，提升書院的學術氛圍。
