澳門大學發展基金獎學金,每年發放一次給二年級學生,獎勵他們在一年級時,積極參與書院社群教育和組織學生活動。書院綜合學生的參與分(參與書院活動)、貢獻分(組織和幫助辦活動)、和導師評估,選出20位學生。下面是曹光彪書院2018澳大發展基金獎學金得獎名單:

曹光彪書院今年以別開生面的“同學仔傾下計”形式,為得獎同學慶祝,並讓他們與其他同學分享經驗。
在分享會上,得奬同學分享他們大一時作為「新鮮人」如何適應由高中過渡大學的生活。大部份同學靠著室友和朋友一起參加書院活動,互相扶持,擴闊自身的生活圈子,他們更認為書院是他們的「第二個家」。
院友對書院活動亦留下深刻的印象,例如去年澳門曾遭遇歷史上最嚴重的風災,部份同學首次感受到颱風,事後更為澳門挺身而出,貢獻自身力量,協助社區回復正常生活。
同學表示,書院生活不僅是作為社群教育,亦是幫助每位學生進一步認識自己,加強待人處事的能力及培育領導才華。
The UM Development Fund Scholarship is for recognizing students who were actively involved in college life during their freshmen year. This year, CKPC selected 20 second year students based on their participation and contribution, as well as evaluation by Resident Fellows.
On November 22, we held a “College Roundtable” to award the scholarship. The recipients shared their experiences with fellow students.

This year, Chao Kuang Piu College held a distinctive “College Roundtable” to celebrate with the awarded students and let them exchange their freshmen experiences with others.
During the sharing section, the awarded students shared how they accommodated the transition between lives in high school and university. Most of the students gain support through participating college activities with roommates and friends. They all agreed that college was their “second home”.
Moreover, college students have a deep impression on college activities. For example, during the severe typhoon in Macau last year, some students devoted themselves to the Macau community and helped to restore the community’s normal lives. At that time, some of them were experiencing typhoon for the first time.
Students expressed that besides community and peer education, college life also helps students to understand themselves, strengthen their interpersonal skill and cultivate leadership quality.
