澳門大學曹光彪書院11月啟發講座「澳門廣府茶樓文化趣談」已於11月23日順利舉行,是次啟發講座邀請到澳門大學中文系榮休教授鄧景濱博士進行分享,並吸引超過80名院生參與。講座中,鄧景濱博士為院生講解澳門廣府茶樓的歷史發展、點心的流變等,並且介紹澳門的傳統茶樓從茶樓行業中的術語探索趣聞,讓院生們了解澳門早期茶樓發揮的社會功能及獨特的風情韻味,對澳門乃至嶺南文化有更深入的認識,加強院生在文化參與方面的勝任力。講座後,書院為院生提供精緻的點心午膳,讓他們一嚐美味可口的茶樓美食。

The University of Macau Chao Kuang Piu College’s Novermber Inspiring Seminar “Anecdotes of Macau Cantonese Teahouse Culture” was successfully held on 23 November. Dr. TANG, Keng Pan, Emeritus Professor of the Department of Chinese of the University of Macau, was invited to share his views with over 80 students.

During the talk, Dr Tang explained the historical development of Macau’s Cantonese Teahouses and the evolution of dim sum, as well as introduced the traditional teahouses in Macau. The seminar enabled students to understand the social functions of Macau’s early teahouses, to gain a deeper understanding of Macau’s and even Lingnan’s culture, and to enhance students’ competence in cultural engagement. After the seminar, the College provided delicious dim sum lunch for the students to taste the delicious teahouse foods.
